Fri 17.00-21.00 , Sat 9.00-01.00, Sun 9.00-12.00.
On Saturday, the event must end and the premises be vacated by 01:00. The premises must be cleaned by 12:00 on Sunday.

Additionally, a 500 euro security deposit must be paid, which will be refunded within 2 weeks after the event, provided the agreement has been followed.

Inquiries and bookings
Bengt is responsible for renting out our premises. Don't hesitate to get in touch with him by email or phone. Bengt will handle your rental contract and you will receive the link to the electronic signature service from him.
If you would like to come and familiarize yourselves with the premises, you should contact the caretaker first.

Thorstorp
The idyllic community house Thorstorp is located with good transport connections in Leppävaara, Espoo. The premises are intended for a maximum of 100 people and are mainly rented out for family celebrations, birthdays, weddings, and other similar private events.
To prevent damage to our beautiful century-old community house, its furnishings, or plumbing technology, we do not rent out the premises for youth, school, or company parties, nor for pre-Christmas parties.
However, it may be possible for a company or association to rent the premises, especially during the daytime, to organize a course, seminar, or other similar gathering. We reserve the right to accept or decline rental of the premises to outsiders on a case-by-case basis.
Thorstorp consists of two halls and a kitchen, which includes a stove with oven, a convection oven, a microwave oven, and a spacious refrigerator (no dishwasher, amplifier, or similar devices). The tenant is responsible for procuring dishes, coffee makers, tablecloths, etc., and for cleaning the premises.
